What can I do if I am experiencing issues with the Zaptec app?

If you experience app issues, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of the app, then log back in with your Zaptec account
  2. Force close the app
  3. Restart the device, open the app, and try again
  4. Uninstall the app from your device. Redownload the App from the Appstore or Google Play Store, then sign in again

☝️ The app is continuously updated with new functionality. You may also want to check that you have the latest version.
