Depending on the installation, Zaptec Pro can be connected to Wi-Fi, LTE, or PLC networks. If the charger is not set up with a Wi-Fi or PLC network, it will automatically use the cellular network 4G LTE-M available.
Connect to Wi-Fi
- From Dashboard, tap the three-dot icon at the top-right
- Select Configure products and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Scroll down to Network Settings
- Tap Switch to Wi-Fi or Connect to Wi-Fi
A search screen is shown - Find the network you want to use and fill in the password
- Tap Save

Connect to PLC
- From Dashboard, tap the three-dot icon at the top-right
- Select Configure products and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Scroll down to Network Settings
- Tap Configure PLC
- Tap Scan network name
Use the camera to scan the QR code on the PLC module. iPhone users can upload images from gallery - Tap Save to connect to network

Connect to 4G LTE-M

- Tap Connect to 4G
