User account & my profile

User profile can be created in Zaptec Portal or using Zaptec App.

After the creation and registration of the user profile is completed, it is valid for both portal and app

User profiles that do not have access will not be able to perform charging in the charging system, or at the current charging station if authorization is activated.
Contact the charging system administrator for access. Zaptec is a manufacturer and supplier of chargers, but all user administration is performed locally by the administrator of the installation.
