Start charging with the Zaptec app

The Zaptec charging station can either be open or locked. If it's open, anyone can start charging and connecting the car. If the charger is locked, the user must identify themselves through an app or a registered RFID key.

Tip: To identify yourself through the Zaptec app, you must have access to the charging station. If the charger is linked to a third-party system or payment solution, contact that provider for assistance. This guide only applies to using the Zaptec app.
