The status of the charging station is shown by the status indicator (Z) using the following colours:
White light - Standby Mode
- Meaning: The Zaptec Go is in Standby mode. Charging complete.
Blue light - Charging or ready to charge
- Meaning: The station is either charging your car or connected and ready to begin charging.

Green light - Charging paused or scheduled
- Meaning: Charging is temporarily paused or waiting for scheduled start either due to Eco Mode, lack of power (Zaptec Sense), scheduled power control, etc.

Yellow light - Waiting for authorisattion
- Meaning: The charging station is waiting for authorisation via app or NFC/RFID card before charging can begin.
- Need assistance? Follow the steps outlined here.
Orange light - Not configured yet
- Meaning: The charging station has not been fully set up by the installer in the Zaptec app.
- Next steps: Contact your installer to complete the setup or reach out to our support team for guidance.
Red light - Error detected
- Meaning: An error has been detected.
- What to do: Unplug the car and restart the charging station. If the red light is still there, contact your installer.
Flashing purple light - Firmware update
- Meaning: The charging station is updating its firmware, which usually takes about 3 minutes. Bluetooth is not available in this period.
No light - No power
- Meaning: The charging station is not receiving power.

- Check the circuit breakers or electrical connection.
