Can I connect the Zaptec charging station with Tibber?
To get started with smart charging with your charging box from Zaptec, you must first add it to the Tibber app under Power-ups.
Zaptec + Tibber only works for Home installations. This means that if you, for example, live in a housing association with a communal facility, you will not be able to use this function.
How-to
- Log in to the Tibber app and
- Go to "Power-ups" in the menu on the main screen of the Tibber app.
- Find the Zaptec integration and select “Connect”. If you need newer firmware on your charging station, this will be updated automatically.
- Follow the instructions to add Zaptec. If you receive an error message or have a pro-charger, contact Tibber support for assistance.
Note! After you have connected Tibber to your charger it is Tibber that controls the settings and data. You will only need to use the Tibber app.
However, if you want to check if Tibber has permission to the charger you can see this under permissions on the Chargers tab in the Zaptec app.
