When you receive your Zaptec charging station (Zaptec Go or Zaptec Pro), you can find the PIN code in several places:
- On the charging station itself
- On the user manual
- On the packaging that came with the charging station
If your charging station is already activated and configured, the PIN code is also available in the Zaptec app and the Zaptec Portal.
Note
You need to be the owner or have service access to view the PIN code.
How to find your PIN code
- In the Zaptec app: Tap the settings icon on your charge card to see the PIN.
- In the Zaptec Portal: Go to Chargers > select your charging station > Settings to find PIN.
